ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Statement

Every investor should be able to use our website and digital services independently, whatever their ability or the technology they use.

Our commitment

Fortune Wealth Management Company India Pvt Ltd is committed to making fortunewmc.com accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities and older investors. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and review the site as we add content.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in new tab) at Level AA. This exceeds WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the benchmark set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). We also follow IS 17802:2021 (Accessibility for ICT products and services) and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) 3.0.

This work supports SEBI’s circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 of 31 July 2025 on digital accessibility for regulated entities, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

Accessibility features

  • A “Skip to main content” link as the first item on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including menus and dropdowns, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Screen-reader support: landmarks, a logical heading order, text alternatives for images and labelled controls.
  • Text-size controls (A−, A, A+) and a high-contrast mode in the toolbar at the top of every page.
  • A “Pause animations” control that stops moving and auto-updating content across the site.
  • Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Labelled form fields, with errors described in text and not by colour alone.
  • Tagged PDF factsheets and memos, so they can be read with assistive technology.
  • Content that reflows without loss at 200% browser zoom and on narrow screens.

Your right to digital accessibility

As set out in SEBI’s investor charters, every investor has the right to access the digital services of a SEBI-registered intermediary — including our website, documents and online communications — in an accessible form. If anything on our website stops you from getting information or a service, tell us and we will help you get it in a way that works for you.

Known limitations

  • Some decorative animations and illustrations convey no information. They can be stopped with the “Pause animations” control or your device’s reduce-motion setting.
  • Third-party websites and embeds we link to — including the external PMS and broking client login platforms linked from the header, social media and regulator websites — are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
  • If you need any content in an alternative format (for example large print, an accessible document or a read-out over the phone), please contact us using the details below.
